I eat this stuff plain and it is incredible. After getting my palette adjusted to liking dark chocolate (switching from milk a couple year ago) to now liking dark 100% generally, I can say this is the best I have had. It tastes extremely smooth, without too much bitterness, and no earthy (e.g dirt) flavor you get with a lot of 100% chocolates. They are making some magic with these ones, can’t get enough.
