I am doing low carb diet and need my chocolate. I found that the 99% unsweetened dark chocolate allows me to indulge with chocolate decadence without having the high carbs associated with most chocolates. Since there is no sugar added, this chocolate is strong. I quickly adapted to 99% cacao and prefer over the sweet stuff! Best on the market!!
